SETE ACTIVITY REPORTS

In 2008, SETE created a client watchdog body, enabling it to learn more about visitors to the Eiffel Tower and to evaluate their level of satisfaction regarding their visit and the services offered.

In 2012, the results show a high level of satisfaction:

  • overall satisfaction: 8,5 out of 10
  • 98 % would recommend the visit to a friend or their family
  • 84 % would like to come back to the Eiffel Tower
